If you receive an incorrect size shade, simply remove it from the box, take a picture of the actual headrail measurement with a metal tape measure, and provide it to the seller for review. Your order should arrive within 7-10 days, depending on your location in the US.

For any return requests, please utilize your account purchasing center/orders. If you're having trouble snapping the headrail into the bracket, ensure the brackets are evenly aligned, leveled, and not set too far back into the window.
